What’s great about it?
Everything from the glass of champagne on arrival and lounge with every magazine you could possibly imagine to read to the incredible individually designed rooms with their unique bathrooms and giant flat screen TV’s.
Why honeymoon there?
It’s a wonderful place to retreat for a few days of complete rest and relaxation. There are 8 unique rooms all named after different countries. Why not submerge yourself in the rich atmosphere of South America? The opulent oval Jacuzzi spa is big enough for two, and the Brazilian hand-carved bed is sure to bring out the Latin temperament. Anyone who has ever been to the vast Subcontinent will appreciate the vibrant colours and cultural design of exotic India. It’s an impulsive room with an even more impulsive bathroom!
Who Goes?
Mostly couples, it’s one of the most romantic hotels we’ve ever stayed.
What is there to do?
The emphasis of the hotel is on rest and relaxation. They currently only offer breakfast, and what a breakfast it is. Max the charming owner is happy to advise on great places for lunch and dinner, St Clements Restaurant is well regarded and in the hotel there’s a stunning lounge to relax with a glass of champagne whilst reading all the latest magazines or simply chill out in the rooms with some music and DVD’s.
